Diversified Project Management established its office in Boston in 1989, with the mission of providing objective representation of tenants, project programming, construction administration, facility management and mobile coordination services. Project Management Diversification then set up its office in Hartford in 1996 to better serve Hartford, New Haven and Western Massachusetts markets. In 2007, Diversified Project Management added its Stamford location, serving the Fairfield and Westchester regions of Connecticut and New York. Diversify Project Management since opening an office in Providence, Rhode Island.

Diversified provided moving management services to convert | 170000 | sqft | m2 | singing = at the Life Science Facility at Brown University. The center has a department of molecular biology, cellular biology and biochemistry and neuroscience. With 60 new laboratories, the project is modernizing the department and expanding laboratory and research capacity at Brown by 50 percent. It is designed to encourage scientific collaboration among faculty; staff and students by bringing together complementary research under one roof.
Company
Diversification manages a corporate relocation project for CVS to an area of ââ217,000 square feet of Support Center Expansion in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. The multi-phase relocation management is broken down into three projects focused on moving employees to new spaces, relocating to empty and renovated empty space and bringing staff from various CVS facilities in the surrounding area. More than 1,000 staff members were moved in the process. Along with master timeline generation and overall mobile management services, DPM oversees knockdown/re-configuration of furniture and installation of new systems.
Health Care
Diversification is employed to centralize the financial part of Partners HealthCare, consolidating seven offices into 200,000 square feet (19,000 m 2 ) space on two and a half floors at Schrafft Center, in Charlestown, Massachusetts. The project scope includes programming and mobile management for about 800 people.
High technology and industry
MRO Software maintains Diversification for 100,000 square foot (9,300m 2 ) renovation of office space and relocation of more than 300 employees in Bedford, Massachusetts. Diversification of responsibilities include overall project management, coordination of design development, general contractor selection and administration, value engineering, voice and data coordination, furniture selection and management and mobile planning. Diversification acts as MRO representative.
Diversification is maintained to manage the office and lab building and relocation of Acme Packet. Acme Packet moved from their Woburn, single-floor office space to a new two-story building in Burlington, where they nearly doubled to 43,061 square feet (4,000,5 m 2 ) space as a single tenant. The move involved 84 staff members, 60 work stations, manufacturing areas and test laboratories.
Nonprofit
Jewish Family & amp; Kids Services Diversification is maintained to provide project management for Jewish Families & amp; Children's Service was moved to a 40,000 square foot (3,700 m 2 ) building in Waltham, Massachusetts. The move involved 120 employees from two separate locations in Newton and Boston.
Pharmaceuticals and biotech
Eisai Research Institute Diversified manages the relocation for 120 employees to a 180,000 square foot (17,000 m 2 ) laboratory and office in Andover, Massachusetts. The project includes renovating and expanding the four buildings on the Andover campus to include more office space and the addition of elevators and stairs. Simultaneously, the five builds on the campus were demolished to make way for the construction of a new 180,000 square foot (17,000m 2 ) office and laboratory building. A connector is built between four buildings and new buildings to facilitate easy access between buildings for company personnel.
Public, municipal, and state governments
Diversification manages the relocation of the Coast Guard of the United States from its facility located on the campus of the University of Connecticut at Avery Point in Groton, Connecticut. Diversification oversees the entire 60,000-square-foot project (5,600m 2 ) from evaluating and selecting new properties to coordinate transfers to new spaces. The office facility is designed for 170 employees and 10 percent of real estate is designed as a research laboratory space.
